Can I book an add-on on its own, without a detail?

Typically the answer is no. Most add-ons cannot be done outside of some other service. If you have a specific question regarding an add-on, feel free to reach out and we will see how to best go about things.

What’s the difference between Spot Stain Removal and Deep Shampoo?

Spot Stain Removal is perfect for smaller spills, or stains in a localized area — maybe it was an accident your pet had, or just a big bump in the road that sent your coffee flying. Deep Shampoo is only needed when a stain sinks far into the cushions or carpeted areas, and cannot be removed from the surface.

How does the ozone treatment work — is it safe for the interior?

Yes, it is 100% safe. The ozone treatment is perfect for vents, and general odors that can’t be removed in a traditional fashion.

What counts as one “section” for Spot Stain Removal?

A section just refers to a localized area, and not the whole vehicle. Maybe it’s a seat, or the carpet where something got messy. This is perfect for vehicles that are well kept, but had an accident that needs attention.

Do add-ons add much time to the appointment?

Depending on the add-on, and how many you want, yes. Although often it doesn’t add a ton of time, anywhere from 30–90 minutes additional is typical.
